change through economic and community development in distressed

While providing pro bono legal assistance to neighborhood and
regional community development organizations, as well as to a wide

a particulary valuable set of lawyering skills. In the clinic, student
attorneys provide a broad range of transactional services, including
preparation of incorporation documents, and bylaws; applications for
recognition of 501(c) tax-exempt status;, real estate instruments and
documents relating to property closings and title searches. In addition
students learn to handle zoning matters land use cases, and attend
and participate in public hearings and meetings.
