Toni Pellegrini received her B.S. from IUP in 1967, a M.Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh in
1971, and her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1975. Toni previously worked as an
Assistant City Solicitor and has been teaching legal research and writing at the Law School for 10 years.
She also teaches public policy and management at the Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III
Graduate School. Toni is married to the Honorable Dan Pelligrini and has two daughters.
