Professor Gray earned his B.A. at Iona College, his J.D. at Harvard Law School and his M.P.A. from Harvard University. He has served as a consultant to Justices John P. Flaherty and Nicholas Papadakos of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court since 1980.

The author of “Mortgages in Pennsylvania,” has also written numerous articles for publication in law reviews and journals.
