Professor
Junker has served as an external evaluator to
the Arts and Humanities Research Board in Bristol,
U.K.; as a book proposal reviewer for the Institute
of Physics, London; as a project consultant to
the Child Abuse on Internet Research Project for
the European Commission, as an index editor for
the International Encyclopedia of Comparative
Law; and as a manuscript referee for The Environmental
Professional and Public Understanding of Science
journals. He has received research grants from
the European Commission, the Royal Irish Academy
and the British Council, and study grants from
the University of Pittsburgh and the German Academic
Exchange Service.
He has lectured in Germany on behalf of the United
States Information Service and Amerika Haus, as
well as to meetings of the German-American Lawyers’
Association, the German-Israeli Lawyers’
Association, the European Law Students’
Association and the European Association for the
Study of Science and Technology. |
