Appellate Moot Court
Program
The Appellate Moot Court Program provides upper
division students with the opportunity to represent
the Law School at national moot court competitions.
The students who participate in this program gain
valuable experience in preparing appellate briefs
and oral arguments, and receive academic credit
for their work. Competitions attended in the past
covered tax, corporate and First Amendment issues.
