E&E is a suite of five daily, online publications (E&E Daily, Greenwire, EnergyWire, ClimateWire, and E&E News PM) that cover energy and environmental policy issues. Also included is E&E TV which features video webcasts with energy and environmental policy leaders. Access limited to DU Law School users.

Environmental Justice is an online periodical published by Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. Publishers.  Please access via a DCLI library computer. (Laptop and remote access are not currently available.)

HeinOnline provides a number of search and browse features for over two hundred law reviews and the Federal Register, providing the exact page image of legal journals. Law360 is a news database for 42 practice areas of law, including Pennsylvania.  Access is restricted to Duquesne University School of Law students and faculty. Available remotely as of 6/2016.


The Legal Directory

The Legal Directory is a directory of attorneys and law firms in Philadelphia as well as Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Please ask at the DCLI Circulation Desk for the username and password.


Legal Scholarship Network (SSRN)

LSN provides a wide selection of abstracts from journals, working papers, and articles accepted for publication as well as selected full-text papers and articles. It is searchable by using author, keyword, journal or topic. School of Law faculty members, please contact a librarian for assistance when subscribing to SSRN eJournals.


LegalTrac 

LegalTrac offers indexing for over 800 major law reviews, legal newspapers, specialty law publications, bar association journals and thousands of law-related articles from general interest publications. Access limited to DU School of Law faculty and students.

In-depth coverage of Pennsylvania legislative, regulatory and executive actions. Includes bill tracking, current Pennsylvania House and Senate calendars, voting records, and other current awareness services. Please ask at the Circulation Desk for login/password. Access is restricted to Duquesne University students.


Proquest Legislative Insight

The Legislative Insight Collection provides access to CIS Legislative Histories and all of the supporting primary sources. Full-text publication types associated with a legislative history include the Public Law text, all versions of enacted and related bills, Congressional Record excerpts, and committee hearings, reports, and documents. All of these publication types can be used in court to determine the intent of Congress in enacting legislation in cases where the statutory language is ambiguous. Other full-text publication types are included in our legislative histories to provide users with background material are committee prints, CRS reports, and miscellaneous congressional publications. RIA Checkpoint

RIA Checkpoint is a source for tax and accounting research products. It combines popular RIA and WG&L titles into an integrated online service. Researchers have access to U.S. Tax Reporter, Federal Tax Coordinator 2d, RIA Citator 2d, and a variety of other additional titles. Access restricted to Duquesne University users.
