University Video Conferencing Center & Photography Studio

Located in Room 128 of the Law Library is the Multimedia Recording Studio. The room can be used for a number of functions (for 1-2 people at a time), including:

  • Video conferencing/ distance-learning (with Duquesne Law branded backdrop)
  • Recording video or audio content (including audio and video over PowerPoint)
  • Portrait photos (with blue background/ backdrop)
  • Post-production of audio/video content

A movable- 50inch LED screen serves as a teleprompter, confidence display or large screen for enhanced video conferencing. 

A Duquesne-Law branded movable podium and portable table allow faculty to choose their preferred environment for recording content or video conferencing. 

Both Windows and Mac computers are located in the studio, allow with HD cameras, microphones and headsets. The computers are loaded with Camtasia and other basic video-editing software (such as iMovie).
