Real Property

Please Note: This concentration is only an option for students enrolled prior to the Fall 2016 semester.

The Real Property Concentration is designed for students interested in practicing in the areas of real estate, land use planning, or oil and gas. The concentration is primarily designed for students who will advise clients with respect to the purchase, operation, and management of real estate. The real estate courses offered in the concentration also complement those offered in the Energy and Environmental Law Concentration and provide students interested in oil and gas or environmental law with a greater understanding of the relevant legal issues.
