Please take note of the unique challenges around this weekend’s St. Patrick’s Day parade to avoid any issues in getting to Duquesne:

Parade Route (subject to change):
Parade formation will begin at the Greyhound Bus Station at the intersection of Liberty Avenue and 11th Street.  Staging will take place from the bus station and away from Downtown to 26th Street.  The parade will proceed from the intersection of Liberty and 11th Streets to Grant Street to the Boulevard of the Allies, where it will turn right.  Proceed on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Reviewing Stand at Stanwix Street, then disburse at Commonwealth Place.

From the Post Gazette:

Several roads along the parade route, including Liberty Avenue, Grant Street, the Boulevard of the Allies and Stanwix Street, will close from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. The start of the parade will form on Liberty Avenue from 11th to 26th streets.

The CLE/CJE is offered to the community of mentors, placement supervisors, and educators who help oversee law students. The goal of this program is not only to help legal professionals derive the greatest benefit from working with law students, but also to offer guidance and insights to help students succeed at the highest level of their potential. The CLE/CJE will offer suggestions about how to incorporate skill development into a field placement, to allow students to better understand both the legal system and the practice and profession of law.  The program is designed for all lawyers and judges who currently, or plan in the future to mentor, supervise, and teach law students, and who dedicate time and effort to train our future lawyers.
