Associate Dean Oliver presents at constitutional program at Mount Vernon

Associate Dean Wes Oliver was a featured speaker at the 4th Annual Constitutional Institute at George Washington’s Mount Vernon. Duquesne Law’s associate dean for faculty scholarship and professor of law spoke about his new book, The Prohibition Era and Policing: A Legacy of Misregulation (Vanderbilt University Press, 2018).

Oliver’s talk was part of the institute’s continuing legal education program Sept. 20-21, 2018, “The Use and Abuse of the Fourth Amendment and Domestic Surveillance." The Virginia Law Foundation hosted the program.
